Falcon Field- Mesa, AZ
The CAF Airbase Arizona Flying Museum is proud to host Skyward Youth Aviation programs. The Aviation 101 and Initial Pilot Prep programs, allow us to introduce local students to the wonderful world of aviation.
Join Skyward Youth for an exciting summer program at the CAF Airbase Arizona Flying Museum. During 12 days of instruction, our dynamic program explores the history of aviation and fundamentals of flight- including navigation, weather, aeromedical factors, and so much more!
Our Skyward Youth Aviation programs are designed to introduce students to aviation while enhancing their confidence in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and math. Our sessions accommodate both Aviation 101 and Initial Pilot Prep groups.
Each session captivates students with a combination of instruction, hands-on activities, flight simulator usage and is lead by FAA-certified flight instructors and support staff. The program offers an exciting optional demonstration glider flight- a schedule will be provided for the glider flight.
Classes are held at the CAF Airbase Arizona Flying Museum and glider flights offered at E68, Estrella Sailport.
